Kissaki

Omakase is a ritual — precise, a little theatrical, worth the wait. The content didn't read that way. It looked like any other restaurant feed: good plates, no ceremony. With rooms in both Miami and New York, the brand also risked drifting into two separate identities.

We built guest-experience content that treated the counter as the story, not the backdrop.

Shoot the ritual, not the plate

Multi-location production across Kissaki's rooms, with content language shaped around the sequence and pace of the counter.

Creators who belong at the counter

A curated list of Miami and New York food and lifestyle creators built specifically for fine-dining audiences — not general lifestyle reach.

A calendar tied to the menu

Content planned against seasonal menus and limited-seat events rather than a generic posting cadence.

The Scope

Kissaki asked us to make an omakase counter feel the way it eats — precise, a little theatrical, worth the wait. OMS built out guest-experience content across the brand's Miami and New York rooms.

We ran multi-location shoots, built a curated list of Miami and NYC food and lifestyle creators to seed the room, and shaped the content language around the ritual of the counter rather than just the plate.

  • On-site content production across multiple Kissaki locations
  • Creator and influencer outreach built specifically for fine-dining audiences
  • Guest-experience storytelling for social and owned channels
  • Ongoing content calendar tied to seasonal menus and events
